little treasures

I find myself turning to etsy more and more these days. So many unique items, amazing artists and wonderful gifts. Here are a few little treasures I am currently loving!

rhinestones

Sometimes bigger is better and right now, I love a large rhinestone necklace, however I would never spend a lot on one. Forever 21 has a great selection, and for the prices you can buy a few! Wear one or layer them on for a more dramatic look! When shopping at Forever21 I always try the necklaces on with whatever top I happen to be wearing. Majority of the time they look much better on, then hanging next to their counter mates!

friday finds {cool collars}

One of my favorite trends finding its way into my closet is the embellished collar. I absolutely love the idea of losing the necklace and accessorizing with an adorned collar. How cute are these tops?

get hooked

From jewelry, to keys, and light jackets too, decorative hooks are a go-to of mine when trying to get organized! {They do wonders for long necklaces, all of mine are hung from hooks and rarely get tangled!}

spiked

I’ve been looking for a smaller spike bracelet to add to my ever-growing collection. I came across one recently that I loved, and what do you know, I found its twin for much less. If you ever come across something you love, but don’t want to spend the money, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help with looks for less!

rural revolution

I participated in this years Jammin on Julia festival here in New Orleans. I found myself spending the majority of the time at the fashion tent were I learned about Rural Revolution. It was love at first sight with the jewelry. So beautiful and oh, so unique, and I found myself caught off guard when I learned of the reasonable prices and the amazing cause.

Rural Revolution is Women Helping Women Through Sustainable Design and Sales. Jewelry With a Purpose.

What I love even more is that each piece has a unique story, and that it really is a purchase with a purpose. Here are a few photos I snapped as well as a few pieces that are available online. I look forward to working more with them in the future, so this won’t be the last you hear of Rural Revolution. Be sure to check out their website to learn more about all the women they help through the sales of this fabulous jewelry.
