candy mix {gluten free}

This is a recent discovery candy mix {some recipes refer to it as white trash mix}, and I absolutely love it. It’s very simple to make {does require a little mess} and you can really use any ingredients you want. For this batch, I used all gluten-free ingredients, Corn Chex, Sticks & Twigs crackers, and pecans, and a few sprinkles for a little color, although they don’t really show up in the photographs.

Ingredients

1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl

2. Melt Vanilla Almond bark in a microwaveable bowl {30 second intervals work best}

3. Once melted add dry mix to melted almond bark and mix {I use my hands to make sure all pieces are covered}

4. Spread mix out onto aluminium foil or parchment paper

5. Allow melted almond bark to harden {typically takes only 15 minutes}

6. Enjoy! Easy to package, not to mention would make a great Valentines treat!
